NATIONAL GRADUATE SURVEY

Dear Graduates

As the Head of the Institute for Open Learning’s Research Graduate Survey Team, I would like to request your participation in a survey aimed at graduates who completed their studies in 2019, 2020, and 2021.

The purpose of this survey is to gain insights into your post-graduation experiences.

We are keen to understand whether you have successfully transitioned into the workforce or are still seeking employment. Additionally, we are interested in evaluating how effectively our study programmes have prepared you for the professional arena and whether you have been able to apply the knowledge and skills acquired during your studies.

The core objectives of the graduate survey are mainly to:

(i) improve our study programmes;

(ii) improve our study conditions and provisions;

(iii) to reflect on the employment situation of our graduates

Your participation in this survey is invaluable to us. Rest assured that all information provided will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, and individual respondents will not be identified in the published results.

The findings of this survey will be made publicly available on the IOL website (www.iol.na) in March 2025. Additionally, upon request, we will be happy to email you a soft copy of the report containing the main survey results.
